I'm a working mummy of three who is aware of the restrictions that life can put upon us, for me fitness has been a catalyst for many positive changes not just physically but mentally too and I strongly support the fact that exercise daily is crucial for healthy mind and a strong body.

I have now been working in the industry for just over 15 years training the new exerciser to the elite athlete, whether its fitness, weight loss, strength, improvement of health, improve fertility, pre or post-natal training or just a hobby I can help.
